Attunement with Rhythms of the Seasons
A stewardship-based access model:
This membership is an invitation into an ongoing relationship with a living landscape.

We're offering seasonal access to Land where members can observe, wander, and ethically harvest from wild spaces within established guidelines.

It is designed for herbalists, foragers, land-based practitioners, and those who feel called to deepen their connection with place over time. Small artisan producers are welcome as well!

About this Land
Four-decades long history of holistic land-tending...
Jason and Tasha have been tending to this land for 10 years. They operated a small veggie and herb farm for 8 years, using strict organic and regenerative practices. While no longer actively farming, they still tend to many herb and food perennial plantings.

The couple before us, owners of Turnstone Farm, utilized organic practices along with rotational grazing for the variety of animals they raised, including chickens, pigs and sheep.

The previous owners, Paul and Laura, acquired the property in the 1980's. They too practiced organic methods of land management as they established a variety of gardens (fruit, vegetables, and flowers) for their u-pick operation.

Our Lands have been organically tended for four decades and include unregistered wetland, cropland/gardens and forest. There is both great abundance and diversity here.
Land Ethics & Harvesting
Harvesting from our Land is guided by:

-
Reciprocity
-
Ecological sustainability
-
Regeneration capacity of each species
-
Seasonal abundance
-
Shared access among members

-
Harvest limits may shift throughout the season based on Land conditions, plant health and usage patterns.

-
Specific harvest limits, rest periods, and plant protections are communicated throughout the season.
View our Harvest Agreement here (coming soon) for more information regarding per-visit harvest guidelines, plant part and root harvesting guidelines, and measures regarding harvest tool cleanliness to prevent spread of jumping worms, pests and diseases.

Wild vs. Cultivated
Wild Abundance Land Access Distinction:
Membership includes access to and harvesting of wild plants. A Plant Species List will be provided and will be kept up-to-date throughout the season.

We are also including member access to / harvesting of our cultivated stand of 300+ elder plants (flower and berry) this year.

All other garden beds and production areas are not part of member harvest access.
