Attunement with Rhythms of the Seasons
A stewardship-based access model:
This membership is an invitation into an ongoing relationship with a living landscape.

We're offering seasonal access to stewarded land where members can observe, wander, and ethically harvest from wild spaces within established guidelines.

It is designed for herbalists, foragers, land-based practitioners, and those who feel called to deepen their connection with place over time. Small artisan producers are welcome as well!

About this Land
Four decades long history of holistic land-tending...
Jason and Tasha (property owners) have been tending to this land for 10 years. We operated our small veggie and herb farm for 8 years, using strict organic and regenerative practices. While no longer actively farming vegetables, our herb gardens are thriving.

The couple before us, Gretta & Jason of Turnstone Farm, rented the property. They utilized organic practices along with rotational grazing for the variety of animals they raised, including chickens, pigs and sheep.

The previous property owners, Paul and Laura, acquired the property in the 1980's. They too practiced organic methods of land management as they established a variety of gardens (fruit, vegetables, and flowers) for their u-pick operation.

This beautiful land has been organically tended for four decades and includes unregistered wetland, cropland/gardens and forest. As a result, this land is both diverse and abundant. See Plant Species List here.
Land Ethics & Harvesting
Harvesting on the land is guided by:

-
Reciprocity
-
Ecological sustainability
-
Regeneration capacity of each species
-
Seasonal abundance
-
Shared access among members

-
Harvest limits may shift throughout the season based on land conditions, plant health and usage patterns.

-
Specific harvest limits, rest periods, and plant protections are communicated throughout the season.
View our Member Harvest Agreement here for more information regarding per-visit harvest guidelines, plant part and root harvesting guidelines as well as security measures regarding harvest tool cleanliness to prevent spread of jumping worms and plant diseases.
