Cupping Therapy
A stand-alone treatment or in combination with massage.
Cupping is a soft tissue modality that elicits immediate change and quick results within muscles, connective tissues and circulation. Reduces pain, shortens recovery time, release chronically tense muscles, improves mobility, and improves immunity.
Energy Healing Session
Clear & release, balance & align.
These sessions go deeper energetically than what time allows for in a integrated massage session. The focus here is on spiritual healing and growth, and finding ways to bring balance to challenging life situations, stages and/or transitions. Sessions are customized and may include a combination of Sound Therapy, Reiki, Healing Touch & Aromatherapy.
Reiki Healing Session
Experience deep relaxation, a sense of peace and improved mental and emotional health.
Reiki is a non-invasive Japanese energy healing technique. Studies from recent years show Reiki to be helpful for pain, anxiety, depression & fatigue. What to Expect... we'll begin by discussing your intentions for your session. You'll lay down on a massage table fully clothed and settle in with guided breathwork. Next is an energy assessment followed by a Reiki Treatment for your area of concern. Sometimes my hands will rest gently on your body and other times I will be working above your body in your energy field.
Sound Therapy
Singing bowls facilitate deep relaxation and healing
Immerse yourself in the experience of sound healing created through the vibrational frequencies of quarts crystal singing bowls. Incorporate sound into any session or join us for a sound-bath meditation class / retreat.
Reiki Massage
Integrated massage & energywork for healing body, mind & spirit.
Reiki Massage facilitates balance & healing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. During this 60-min session, targeted Massage & Reiki are combined (for an area of your choice) to provide deep relaxation and relief of pain and tension while simultaneously creating shifts in the underlying energetic programming. Includes guided breathwork, treatment for areas of imbalance along with chakra, meridian & nervous system balancing.
Relaxation Massage
Swedish massage with guided breathwork & meridian balancing.
​A variety of techniques applied with light-moderate pressure for relief of stress and for relaxation of mind and body. Swedish Massage is known for a smooth flow from start to finish. These techniques gently increase circulation throughout the entire body which helps with a variety of issues including restricted movement, general body stiffness and pain.
Therapeutic Massage
A fusion of eastern & western techniques customized just for your body.
A fusion of eastern and western techniques. These sessions are gentle, with specific pressure acutely directed where needed. We will alleviate tension and resistance, release muscle knots and tissue adhesions, restore circulation of blood, balance energy, help reduce anxieties and offset the negative affects of stress.
Stone Massage
A combination of hands-on massage with warm stones incorporated throughout.
Beneficial for those who have chronic muscle tension caused by mental or physical stress. The heat of the stones relaxes muscles and allows for deeper work in a gentle way without force and/or pain.
