Service Description
While our focus will be learning the ins and outs of making syrup, we'll also discuss, share & taste several elder remedies. Exploring both flower and berry we'll enjoy elder in several forms including fermented, honey, tea, tincture & more. We'll make a batch of syrup from start to finish, then sample. Each participant will receive an Elderberry Syrup Kit. The kit includes a pre-mix of dried elderberries and herbs, straining cloth and detailed instructions for making a batch of syrup at home. Register* by September 12th (guarantees your spot AND gives ample time to order supplies) *$10 of registration price covers cost of materials and is non-refundable Start @ 11am, 10:45 arrival to get settled in End @ 2pm Bring snacks (for yourself), water & dress for the weather...we will be outdoors (under a tent if raining).
Cancellation Policy
Services: Please provide a 24-hour advanced notice. Less than 24-hours notice incur a $50 fee. No-shows are charged full session price. Classes, Workshops and Retreats vary. Refer to event description for details. Default Policy is as follows: -Receive a full refund, minus 3% credit card processing fees (when applicable), with a cancelation notice of greater than two weeks time. -Receive a refund, less an inconvenience fee (as specified in the event description) and 3% credit card processing fees (when applicable) for cancelations 13 or less days before class/workshop/retreat.
