Coming Home to Self

An 8-class Chakra Journey Series 

In-person, 11:30am-2:30pm
beginning February 17th

Explore your chakra system as a living map—one that connects physiology, nervous system patterns, emotional + cognitive experience, and subtle energy into a coherent whole.

This Chakra Journey may be for you if you're interested in gaining a holistic understanding of your own inner workings (health), want to learn about or fine-tune your meditation skills, or are looking to expand your understanding and experience of the subtle energy systems of the body.   

 

Informed by modern somatic and integrative health perspectives, each class focuses on one chakra and includes guided practices, meditation skills, reflection and grounded teaching.

This series is designed to be taken in its entirety (all 8 classes over a 3-month period).  There is the option to sign-up for the first class only.  I offer this as a way to get to know my facilitation and teaching style.

 

Digital handouts are provided and include:​

  • A variety of Meditation Practices to do at home (this is highly encouraged)    

  • Reflection prompts for integration

  • Detailed information about each Chakra and correspondences to various ares of health

Woodland

Rooted in Stability & Safety

Root Chakra - Muladhara

This class supports safety, stability, and belonging through grounded, body-based practices. Slow movement and a guided body scan cultivate interoceptive awareness and nervous system settling. Teaching and reflection emphasize embodiment, sensing the feet, and connection with foundational themes, with simple practices for grounding, boundaries, and everyday integration between classes.

February 17th

In the Flow

Sacral Chakra - Svadhisthana

This class explores emotion, flow, and creativity through fluid, body-centered awareness. Gentle movement and sensory mindfulness invite connection to feeling and intuitive perception. Teaching and reflection focus on embodiment, emotional texture, and the qualities of movement and sensation, with simple practices for noticing flow versus stagnation and integrating awareness of energy and emotion into daily life.

Stepping into My Power

Solar Plexus Chakra - Manipura

This class cultivates willpower, confidence, and a clear sense of agency through focused practice. Core-centered movement and brief bursts of activation build awareness of personal power, followed by attention-based meditation that strengthens focus and self-regulation. Teaching and reflection explore boundaries, healthy use of energy, and everyday expressions of inner fire, with practices for confidence, attention, and intentional action in daily life.

March 17th

Compassion
Coherence &
Connection

Heart Chakra - Anahata

This class centers on compassion, connection, and emotional openness through gentle, heart-centered practice. Breath-led movement and expansive postures support a sense of ease and coherence, followed by a broad loving-kindness meditation that cultivates warmth and relational awareness. Teaching and reflection explore openness, exchange, and everyday expressions of empathy, with simple practices for breath awareness, heart-centered journaling, and integrating compassion into daily life.

Free to Speak My Truth

Throat Chakra - Vishuddha

This class explores resonance, inner truth, and expression through embodied vocal awareness. Gentle movement and humming-based practices support vibrational sensing and breath–voice coordination, followed by a toning meditation that cultivates clarity and alignment. Teaching and reflection focus on authentic expression, spaciousness, and the felt sense of resonance, with practical exercises for communication clarity and noticing how vibration and voice show up in daily life.

April 14th

Trusting My Intuition

Third Eye - Ajna

This class develops insight, perception, and intuitive awareness through quiet, receptive attention. Slow, precise movement and balance-based embodiment support perceptual clarity, followed by an open monitoring meditation that cultivates nonjudgmental awareness. Teaching and reflection explore inner seeing, pattern recognition, and discernment between imagination and intuition, with simple practices for intuitive journaling, symbol tracking, and integrating open awareness into daily life.

April 28th

Doorway to Higher Consciousness & Spiritual Realms

Crown Chakra - Sahasrara

This class invites expanded awareness and spiritual integration through gentle, intuitive practice. Subtle movement and embodied stillness prepare the ground for a guided journey into expanded awareness, held with clear, grounded language. Teaching and reflection focus on integration, meaning-making, and personal relationship to the larger whole.

May 12th

Putting it all Together

The Human Energy Field

This closing class weaves together the full journey, integrating what we've learned from each week into a cohesive, embodied whole.  Layered meditative segments support reflection, meaning-making, and nervous system integration, while ritual elements help anchor learning through repetition and intention. The focus is on honoring the path traveled, consolidating skills, and carrying the practices forward in a grounded, sustainable way.
