Healing Immersives

Weekend-long events spread out across the seasons, weaving together herbal wisdom, foraging, gardening, earth (re)connection, community, healing, personal and collective growth.

Sacred Rhythms Autumn Immersive

FALL SESSION

Oct 11th & 12th

10am - 4pm

Come spend a weekend together on the land as the season turns towards rest and reflection.

Centered around plants and tress of place, we will:

*  Learn about and deepen our awareness of what grows and thrives not far from our doorstep.

* Explore from root to branch, perhaps digging roots, gathering nuts, working with bark, meeting mushroom friends and/or working with late summer farm grown fruits.

* Sink into the gifts of autumn through play, story, and stillness.

* Create with what we harvest.

* Listen to the quiet language of spirit.

* Remember the threads of connection that tie us to our lands and one another.

This is an experiential gathering.  Healing and growing through nature connection is our heartbeat.  Our gatherings and teachings honor the sacredness of the living earth, all life, the seasons, cycles and rhythms.

We’ll share food (optional community stone soup meal Saturday night), laughter, silence, and fire—letting the weekend carry us into deeper relationship with self and our wider community.

Food as Medicine - a new take on common kitchen spices.

Support and strengthen internal body systems for targeted healing.
